In 1984, Mr. Vasilis Symiakakis and Mrs Margarita Symiakakis started the operation of Pension Margarita in Kotroni, Skiathos Town.

At the beginning of the island’s tourist development succeed the best hospitality of their customers.The Pension Margarita has hosted tourists from many European countries such as England, France, Germany, Austria, Italy and the Scandinavian countries. Many Greeks are permanent customers until today.

In 1997, the youngest son of the family, John Symiakakis , undertook to pursue this task.

In 2004 moved to a partial renovation of the rooms, continuing the tradition and giving new impetus to the Pension Margarita. Today the Pension Margarita’s experience continues this task, offering a family environment, daily housekeeping and personal service.
